Privacy Policy

The Black Lotus Wholesale Portal is a private internal tool of Black Lotus Shilajit. It is used only by our staff and our independent sales reps. It is not a public website and is not intended for customers or anyone outside the company.

The portal reads our own company's QuickBooks Online data — invoices, customers, products and sales reports — read-only, once a day, to produce internal sales reports. We do not change, post to, or delete anything in QuickBooks from the portal.

Data is stored encrypted in our hosting provider's database. It is shown only to signed-in users, and each rep sees only their own territory. We never sell your data and never share it with third parties.

QuickBooks access can be disconnected at any time. Disconnecting deletes the stored connection tokens, so the portal can no longer reach QuickBooks until it is connected again.
